First use this link to go to the GradeSpeed server and Execute Setup_Step_1.exe. Second right click on the GradeSpeedV3 icon and select Send to desktop (create shortcut). The first time you start GradeSpeed the setup will up date three files on your computer before GradeSpeed starts.
